Our bitters are made by hand using only the finest organic ingredients. Every batch is dual extracted for maximum potency, and superior flavor. We use organic high proof neutral grain spirit to extract our herbs. This allows us to extract specific components and flavors from the herbs. Extracting in high proof alcohol also adds depth, and makes for a fuller bodied taste. We also extract our herbs using water.

Through this method we’re able to extract a whole different set of components and flavors otherwise not extracted by means of alcohol. We then marry the two extractions. By doing this, we’re able to obtain the most constituents, which are either water-soluble or alcohol-soluble, making for unparalleled potency and unrivaled flavor.
